How to set it up

Install OleaDesk
A small Windows app. Your mail is copied to your own disk and stays there.
Add your mailbox
Any IMAP account: Gmail, Outlook, or your own domain. Several, if you like.
Press one button
Settings, then MCP. Press “Connect every AI on this computer”: OleaDesk writes the entry into each AI’s own settings for you, and tells you which it found. Quit and reopen that AI, then ask it about your mail.

Safety
Is it safe to connect an AI to my mail?
Your mail is downloaded to your own computer by OleaDesk and kept there. When you ask your AI a question, your AI asks OleaDesk on the same computer, and OleaDesk answers with the messages that match. On your own computer, nothing goes through our servers on the way. Through the relay, which is how ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude on your phone reach it, each question and its answer pass through our servers, encrypted, for the seconds a call takes, and are not stored; the relay is off until you switch it on in OleaDesk. What your AI reads does go to the AI’s provider, because that is how your AI works, under that provider’s terms. You choose which AI, and you switch it off in one click.
Sending is off until you switch it on. With it on, your AI can only send a draft it has saved in OleaDesk, and OleaDesk shows you the exact email on your screen and waits. Nothing goes out unless you press Send on that box. It cannot delete or move any email. It can change or remove only the drafts it saved itself, never yours.
